Who are we?
This is a 12-month Healthcare Administrative International Fellowship Program. This program will prepare participants for administrative leadership roles in a faith based medical intuition. Fellows will receive comprehensive exposure to the management of a faith-based institution; working with senior leaders, Fellows will observe and participate in decision-making on complex issues involving teaching, research, and non-clinical operations management.

Receive one-on-one mentorship with a Healthcare Administration Leader that has experience working at an International Faith Based Medical Institution.
Learn through a hands-on environment that includes completing multiple skills assessments, attending workshops, and having field visits to other institutions and alumni.
Improve healthcare systems delivery by completing an evidence-based quality improvement capstone project.

Eligibility
To qualify, you must be willing to be physically located at a faith based medical institution for a minimum of 12 months.
You must be a current graduate student at a University in one or more of the following programs AND must confer graduation latest July 2026:
Master’s Degree in Health Administration (MHA)
Master’s Degree in Business Administration – with a healthcare emphasis (MBA)
Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH)
Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) with dual MBA, MHA, or MPH
Juris Doctorate (JD)
OREqual experience in Healthcare Leadership
Capstone Project
During the Healthcare Administration Fellowship program, our Leaders will complete an evidence-based quality improvement capstone project that is conducted in the healthcare organization. The project will address a significant problem and align with the mission and vision of the faith-based organization in which they are located. The project will be a small test of change that can be accomplished within a 6-to-7-month period of time.

Phone/Video Interview – If we believe you are a good candidate then we will reach out to you to schedule a phone/video interview. There may be up to 3 different interviews.
Acceptance – You will receive an acceptance letter if you are chosen to be part of the program.
